A Safe Place for You

Life can give you stress in the form of almost anything. From relationships to work difficulties to a myriad of minor stresses, it's often hard to find a way to express our feelings or identify what exactly is bothering us. Therapy gives us a chance to share our unique experiences in a safe place, while guiding us toward meaningful solutions that can lead to a healthier direction in life.

About Diana

Rhys Logan

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in West Los Angeles. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and continued on to receive my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

I have been practicing for 12 years and it has been my passion from the beginning. I help high achieving, highly anxious individuals struggling with burnout, work and academic stress, and perfectionism. This may be due to the impact of developmental trauma, childhood overt or covert bullying, or the impact of family upbringing.

I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) knowledgeable therapist and as an HSP myself, I understand its unique challenges. Your world may feel overwhelming as you are the 20% trying to be in a world with the other 80%. I view sensitivities as strengths and you can thrive with the right awareness, self-care and boundaries in place. You can read more about HSPs here and take Dr. Elaine Aron’s self-test.

I utilize treatment techniques which are highly individualized to each client, and develop treatment plans drawing from the following modalities:

  • Attachment Theory

  • Humanistic

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

  • Psychodynamic

  • Solution-Focused

  • Narrative Therapy
